About The Mental Illness Family Support Centre

Do you have a family member living with a mental illness such as anxiety, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or depression?

We are here to help

Mental Illness can affect anyone. One in five adults will experience some form of mental illness in their lifetime.

Mental illness is a brain disorder caused by a combination of physical, social, psychological and environmental factors.

There is hope. Treatments can reduce the symptoms and help people to lead fulfilling lives.

It is important to take care of yourself first, so that you are better equipped to support your loved one.
