Do you have a family member living with a mental illness such as anxiety, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or depression?
We are here to help
Mental Illness can affect anyone. One in five adults will experience some form of mental illness in their lifetime.
Mental illness is a brain disorder caused by a combination of physical, social, psychological and environmental factors.
There is hope. Treatments can reduce the symptoms and help people to lead fulfilling lives.
It is important to take care of yourself first, so that you are better equipped to support your loved one.
Where We Are Located
Monday to Thursday – 10:00 am to 2:00 pm
Monday to Thursday – 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm
We are closed on Fridays
*Other times available by request
Our Vision and Mission
A community where families affected by mental health and/or substance misuse issues have knowledge about mental illness and the mental health system: have timely access to services and support: are partners in care; and are accepted in society.
To provide hope to families affected by mental health and/or substance use issues and provide hope and empowerment to them through support, education and advocacy.
